Step 01
Download the StarMate App
Start by installing the StarMate app from Google Play. Use the official app for the host registration process rather than relying on unofficial APK files or modified versions.

Create Your Account With Your Mobile Number
Open the StarMate app and create your account using your mobile number. During the first registration, the app sends an OTP to verify the number.

Complete Your StarMate Profile Correctly
Before applying for the host program, complete the important profile fields. Small mistakes at this stage can create problems during face verification or profile approval.
Username
Set a username for your account. It does not necessarily have to be your legal name, but it should be appropriate and suitable for your profile.
Date of Birth
You must be 18 or older to participate in the host program. Enter your correct date of birth.
Gender

Profile Picture

Apply for Free Target and Complete Face Verification
Once your account is connected with the agency, use the Apply for Free Target option in the app to begin the host verification process.
Face verification is important
The face shown during verification should match your profile picture. Poor lighting, an unclear face, another person in the frame or a mismatch with the profile picture can cause problems.
Before starting verification
- Use clear lighting on your face.
- Keep only your face visible in the camera frame.
- Use a stable internet connection.
- Do not use filters or heavily edited images.
- Make sure your profile picture is your own recent photo.

Send Your StarMate User ID to Fantastic Agency
After completing the registration and face verification process, send your StarMate User ID to Fantastic Agency on WhatsApp.

Send your StarMate User ID and mention that you have completed the host registration and face verification.
The usual profile review can take around 24 hours when the profile picture and face verification meet the applicable requirements.

Add Withdrawal Details After Approval
Once your host profile has been approved, open the My Earnings section and enter the withdrawal details available for your account.

Add the supported bank information shown inside your account.
Epay details
Complete the available Epay withdrawal information when applicable.
