How Does the StarMate Salary System Work?

StarMate uses Beans as the main unit for host earnings. Instead of receiving the same salary every month, a host earns according to eligible activity on the platform.

Depending on the available features and the target being completed, hosts may earn Beans from private calls, virtual gifts, game-related activity and other qualifying interactions.

Weekly target rewards are separate from the base Beans collected through activity. This distinction is important because a host's final Bean total can include both regular earnings and an additional target reward.

For example, a host who reaches a 100K target has 100,000 base Beans and, under the target table covered here, receives another 40,000 Beans as the target reward. The combined figure becomes 140,000 Beans.

Using this conversion, the approximate base value of different Bean balances can be calculated easily.

This conversion only shows the value of the Beans themselves. It does not automatically include weekly target rewards or other eligible bonuses.

Likewise, converting the amount into Indian rupees requires the current USD/INR exchange rate. Because currency rates move over time, the INR amount should not be treated as a permanent fixed figure.

03 · Weekly rewards

StarMate's weekly target system gives eligible hosts an additional reward when they reach specific weekly Bean levels. The target starts at 100K Beans and increases through higher levels.

The target reward is additional to the Beans used to reach the target. Therefore, reaching a target can result in a total Bean balance that is larger than the target itself.

04 · Weekly requirements

StarMate Weekly Hours and Target Period

The weekly target information covered in this article uses a maximum of 5 hours per day, with 18 hours required during the weekly period from Monday through Sunday.

Hosts planning their weekly earnings should monitor both the number of Beans they collect and the amount of eligible time they complete. Reaching a Bean target without meeting the applicable time or activity requirement may affect eligibility for the reward.

05 · Target calculation

Which Earnings Count Toward the Target?

Another important part of StarMate salary calculations is the type of earning that is counted at each target level. The rules are not identical for all targets.

Targets up to 500K

For targets up to 500K Beans, the information covered in this guide states that:

Targets of 1M and above

For 1M Beans and above, the described target calculation changes. Gifts and Game Tips are counted, while Call Earnings are excluded from this part of the target calculation.

This difference becomes important for hosts who want to work toward higher Bean targets. A calculation that is correct for the 100K or 500K target should not automatically be applied to a 1M or 5M target.

Reward Blast conditions to understand

• The target is based on eligible gifting rather than regular call earnings.
• The required amount is 25,000 Beans during the stated countdown window.
• The countdown is associated with the one-hour Reward Blast period.
• Calling activity does not directly create the required gifting amount.

Reward Blast should therefore be treated as a separate earning event. A host should only include the additional reward in a salary estimate after the qualifying condition has actually been completed.

The following examples use the Bean conversion and weekly reward table described above. They are calculations, not guaranteed salaries.

Example: 100K Target Plus One Reward Blast

Suppose a host reaches the 100K weekly target and also completes one qualifying Reward Blast.

At the 10,000 Beans = $1 conversion, 165,000 Beans equal $16.50. Again, this is a mathematical example based on the stated conditions, not a guaranteed payout.

08 · Withdrawal

StarMate Minimum Payout and Withdrawal

The payout information used for this guide lists a minimum withdrawal amount of $15. Using the same Bean conversion, that corresponds to 150,000 Beans.

Withdrawal methods can vary depending on the options available to the account. Bank transfer, UPI and Epay have been used as available withdrawal methods in the host information associated with this guide, but hosts should check their current withdrawal section before submitting a payout request.

A host should also remember that the USD to INR exchange rate is not fixed. Therefore, $15 does not permanently equal one exact rupee amount.

Many incorrect earning estimates happen because hosts combine different reward systems or use old information. These are the main points to watch.

How Hosts Can Track Weekly Progress

A simple weekly record can make salary calculation much easier. Instead of checking only the current Bean balance, track the main numbers separately.

For example, if a host has 180K Beans and is working toward the 250K target, the remaining target is 70K Beans. The host can then compare that figure with the remaining days, eligible hours and available earning opportunities.
