For a new agent, this means the agency side of StarMate has two separate parts: getting the agency account registered correctly and then building a network of eligible hosts. Both parts are important because agency earnings are linked to qualifying activity within that network.

Enter your StarMate user ID
The agency registration process requires your StarMate user ID. Enter the correct ID in the registration form because the agency account is connected to that user profile.
Request the verification code
After submitting your StarMate ID in the registration process, the system can send a verification code to the account. Follow the instructions shown on the registration page.
Check the StarMate app
Open the StarMate application and check your system messages for the verification information associated with your agency registration request.
Submit the verification code
Return to the registration form, enter the verification code and submit the request. The StarMate system then processes the agency registration.

What happens after your agency is created?
Once the agency account is active, the next step is to build the host network. This is where agency work becomes different from ordinary StarMate hosting. An agent needs to identify suitable hosts, explain the application process and make sure the host joins the correct agency.

How hosts are added to an agency
A host normally needs to complete their own StarMate account setup and host application. During the agency joining step, the host provides the agency information required by the app. The agent should give the host the correct agency ID and confirm that the host has completed the joining process.

How StarMate agency commission works
StarMate's public agency information currently states that agents can earn commission of up to 15% of the total revenue of hosts and sub-agents. The exact calculation should always be checked against the current agency rules, because eligibility and qualifying activity can change. 3
In practical terms, the agency's earnings are linked to the activity generated by the host network. If your hosts do not generate qualifying activity, there may be little or no commission to receive. Creating an agency account and leaving it inactive is therefore different from operating an active agency.
Example calculation
If the qualifying revenue used for an agency calculation were $100 and the applicable commission rate were 15%, the commission would be $15. This is only a mathematical example; actual StarMate commission depends on the current program rules and qualifying revenue.
